We work to change and/or to influence change of practices, policies and/or legislation that affect vulnerable and/or disadvantaged people; and which perpetuate inequality and exclusion. They include but not limited to relevant bills in parliament; relevant government laws or legislation; and   institutionalized practices or policies (mostly related to culture and religion) 

1. Advocacy for Condom Use Targetting Christian Religious Leaders/Institutions: 

This program resulted from a study undertaken by UCAN, on the Knowledge, Attitudes, Practices and Beliefs on condom use for HIV prevention (of infection and re-infection) in which 95% of respondents recommended that religious leaders / institutions endorse condom use for HIV prevention by HIV discordant and HIV positive concordant couples. Learn more
